Hot Nails Salon is the Place for a Manicure in Kailua-Kona
Finding Hot Nails Salon in Kailua-Kona was easier than I thought for my manicure in Kailua-Kona. My manicurist in Sacramento, Rosa, spoils me rotten, and I did not think I would find another place I enjoyed as much. You might wonder to yourself why a woman who is staying by herself, not meeting with clients, would care about her nails, and you would be a man asking that question.
Fortunately, we have the internet. Not only can we check Google reviews, but we have Yelp, plus individual websites to study. You can sense a lot about a business by looking at its website. Just like with finding a Sacramento Realtor. Many of my clients hire me simply because they find my Sacramento real estate website user-friendly, and they can read all about my reviews, see the hundreds of listings I have sold, and that helps to build confidence that they have made the right choice.
I checked out another nail salon down the road, but it seemed they mostly catered to women desiring Asian techniques and gel polishes. While gel is pretty, it wreaks havoc on your original nails. Busy women like gel because it dries fast, but my manicure in Kailua-Kona was just as fast as a gel. Elaine at Hot Nails even dried my polish in the same dryer they use for gel. I’ll have to recommend this to Rosa.
But maybe it costs more electricity to run those gel dryers? When I asked Rosa why she doesn’t soak my wedding ring in a jewelry cleaner solution like they do at resorts, I thought she was gonna bop me on the head. That costs money, she said. Like how I could ask such a thing!
Also, the salon down the road where I had considered getting a manicure in Kailua-Kona seemed to only offer a “junior” manicurist for a regular manicure because perhaps a regular manicure is just too 2015 when there are other more expensive options available. They seemed too snobby. It was only $18.75 to get a manicure at Hot Nails Salon.
