We would highly recommend Elizabeth and if we would do any more real estate transactions in the Sacramento area, we would definitely use her again! We feel we really lucked out finding her. We had a rental house that we wanted to short sell but didn’t know how we could go about it, as we didn’t live in the house and didn’t have the typical “hardship”. Elizabeth guided us on what to do, and once we got it going she took over from there. The house sold quickly due to her advice on making it presentable, and she pushed the bank along to make the closing happen in a smooth and timely manner. She kept us informed every step of the way, and any emails or calls we made were answered promptly. We felt we were in great hands and really didn’t have to worry about anything, since she took care of everything! We are just really impressed and again, would highly recommend using Elizabeth!
