I am so appreciative and grateful to Elizabeth and her team. Unfortunately my short sale process with the 1st lender was horrific, but Elizabeth and her team navigated, persevered, negotiated and stayed on top of them to ensure they were doing their job. They were always available, patient and very prompt in answering my many questions via e-mail, or by telephone. Elizabeth with her wonderful experience also chose the perfect buyer who was very patient and kind to someone in my current financial position. I feel very fortunate and blessed that I had her and Shaundra to handle and negotiate this long, tedious process.
