When I started researching short sales in Sacramento, I ran across Elizabeth’s Active Rain blog and other resources and references to her. I called, fully prepared to leave a message and wait for a call back. No message needed because Elizabeth answers her phone…regularly. She’s accessible, knowledgable, energetic, persistent, frank, and knows the short sale business inside out. As a seller, I could see that Elizabeth took many precautions to ensure the buyer committment was solid. She is a resourceful, persuasive, seasoned professional. If she can’t get a sale across the finish line, I don’t think anyone can. I’m convinced you cannot find a better agent. I’m going to call Elizabeth in two years when I’m ready to buy again, and I expect she will answer her phone, and I know she will use her impressive skill set to negotiate the best possible deal for me.
